This year, Christmas will be OOOOOURS!!!!!!

One of my favorite lines from one of my favorite movies.
Last winter I found out about Fortune Cookie Soap Company (click my link if you want to sign up and buy something, please!!!).
I heard about a Soap box. THIS WAS THAT SOAP BOX.
I found about about the company too late to actually order the box. I was bummed, but subscribed to their service anyway. You can read about my first box HERE It was their Spring Box. I instantly fell in love with the company.
I follow on them Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and their blog. (you can click all those to take you there) Last Thursday they put a post up at about 4pm that they found a few NBC and Spring boxes and would put them up for sale at 6pm. I managed to snag one. I was over the moon excited!

It came the other day. I...yeah...I almost cried.
Anywho, on to the review!
The collection is called This Year Christmas Will Be Ours!

This is the list of the stuff included.

Jack Bath Fizzy: The smell was odd. The lemon cuts through, but I think the menthol overtakes it. It's pleasant. their bath fizzies are awesome.
Lock, Shock, and Barrel Bath melt: It's too pine-y for my taste at this point in the year. Ask me again around Christmas when it's not 90 degrees outside. I bet I will be all over it. :)

Oogie Boogie OCD Hand Sanitizer: The other OCD I have from FCS smells strongly of alcohol, then when that wears off faintly of the scent it is meant to be. This smells exactly like I would imagine Oogie Boogie smelling. just a spicy berry. When they run their "Create your own Whipped Cream" deal again, I am getting this as a whipped cream. I love it that much. Also, notice the bug floating in it... heh awesome!

Whats This? Roll On perfume: Several times they have had a "guess this scent" type contest. This was one last year. Now that the contest is over it is described as Caramelized Peaches drenched in vanilla. It is just short of being sickeningly sweet. It stops short. I can see myself grabbing for this again and again and again.

Holiday Worlds Whipped Cream: They had different scents. I ended up with Halloween town. It smells like yummy sugary candy. Sweettarts, and smarties, and skittles, and any other kind of pure sugar candy you can think of. It's initial blast of sweet is a little over powering, but after it sinks in to your skin, it smells divine.

Zero Dry Shampoo: I have used dry shampoo for years. This is my first dealings with powdered dry shampoo. It takes some getting used to. I had a bit of a learning curve but once I got the hang of how to use (and not waste half of ) it, it worked beautifully and smells pepperminty. Which is kinda cool. :)
Sally Fortune Cookie Soap: These soaps always perplex me on how to use. Do I break it up first? Do I try to use it as is? Do I flatten it out? I don't know. I usually just flatten it out to a circle and use it like that. It smells like clean cotton. It says crackling leaves, but I don't smell anything but clean cotton.

Sandy Claws Exfoliating Body Butter: Ok, great smell, weird execution. I guess I don't have the patience or the know how on how to use this product. I mean I just used it like it were a bar of soap and rubbed it over my rough spots (elbow, knees, feet) but then I had all this product left on my hands. I will order the regular body butter in this scent because it smells exactly as the card describes, it smells like chocolate and chai and yummies. Mhm. Note: when this arrived, it was melted. It was rather hot the day it came in (around 93) and this was a very, VERY soft solid. I had to remold it into a square. I hope it was a square and not a cute little Sandy Claws.

All in all I am uber excited about this box, and can't wait for my summer box (named Candy Aisle) AS OF THE TIME this is written the summer box is sold out, sometimes they release more boxes, keep checking. :( However, you can always get on the list to get the fall box!!!!! It's worth it, I swear! It's $20 per box, it is a subscription that ships every 3 months, but you get a code for $10 off, so technically, it's only $10!!!

I feel I will keep this sub box as long as it is around, and I hope it lasts FOREVER!!!! :)

Striping Brush

I painted my nails with Blaze accented with Seraphina (which happens to be my favorite whitish polish of all time) then took a striping brush and striped with Storm.

I wore this for NYE. I matched my make up. with it. :)

Dry Drag

This is an odd thing I learned from a friend, you take most of the polish off of the brush and put it on...
I was going to do it as a monkey see monkey do mani, but it didn't turn out how I wanted. She used pink and purple, I used Sailor, Neve, and Pepper.

Fortune Cookie Soap Company Spring Soapbox

I have not had a subscription box in about 6 months. Birchbox got boring, Beauty Army never had any openings, I’ve heard more “meh” than “yay!” about Ipsy, and Julep…lets not even start with that…

Anywho in one of my make up groups, I heard about FortuneCookie Soap Company. They have a box. It’s $20 every 3 months, and you get a code for $10 off your next order (which really makes it the cheapest box out there) I wanted to try it. I like baths, why the hell not…
This is my first ever Fortune Cookie Soap Company Soap Box. I plan to buy as much of this stuff as my poor little wallet will allow… THAT being said, let’s get down to business. I’ve finally tested/tried everything in the box so I feel confident in my review.
The Soapbox comes with a card like Birchbox (and I am assuming others) that tell you what everything is.
First off let me say how much I love the good/evil theme they had going on.
Let’s just make it easy and go down the list, because there REALLY was not a bad product in the box. I wish I would have smelled everything before I read the descriptions, though. Just so I wouldn’t be told what to think. Anywho…

Native Nectar Body Wash: just like it says, it smelled exactly like you would think a coconut would smell, it was softly fragranced. Not in the least bit heavy or over powering. It felt so awesome on my skin. It was soft (which is odd to say about a liquid) but sometimes you know how you can get some body wash or soap and when you get it wet it feels kind of harsh? Yeah, this is not.

Afternoon Delight OCD: Ok, I will say I am one of the people addicted to hand sanitizer. I know how horrible it is to over use it, but I can’t help it. I can’t walk into a B&BW without walking out with at least 5 hand sanitizers. This one was on par with those…however, there was glitter in it. I could see it…I couldn’t feel it. In B&BW I can feel the glitter, not in OCD.
Marshmallow Dreams Cuticle Butter: THIS is going to be one of those “holy grail” items. I will reorder this over and over and over again. Remember how everyone freaked the hell out about Lush’s Lemony Flutter? Yeah, this is about 800 times better. Try it, I promise you will not be disappointed. It’s a solid, but has a very, VERY low melting point my hands were freezing and it still melted in wonderfully. The smell…oh my gosh, the smell… I hated using lemony flutter, the smell made me sick. This smells like marshmallows on a campfire. It says sticky sweet, but it’s not as sweet as you think. There is a musk that tamps it down; it has to be the basil.

Make It Rain Whipped Cream: From the first second I put it on, it felt so smooth and silky. It lasted a good while. The scent dissipated quickly, though. It was not my favorite, but it was very pleasant and soothing. Not overpowering.
Forbidden Fruit Fortune Cookie Soap: TBH, I thought I was going to hate this. I’m not a fan of blueberry. And the smell was overpowering when I opened the box. This was the absolute last thing I tried. It’s not bad. The smell was tolerable once it got wet. I used it as a shaving medium. My legs were so soft and silky, it was almost ridiculous. I will try other fortune cookie soaps, probably not this scent, though.Waking up the next morning, my skin was still extraordinarily soft. One of those "WOW, THIS is what soft, hydrated skin feels like?!" feelings.

Me so Thorny Steam Me Up Scotty!: I hate, HATE patchouli. It makes me nauseates me. The sandalwood and vanilla cover it nicely so it’s not too bad. I had to take it up out of the shower, though. I know my fiancé won’t care for the scent.

The Bloom Bloom Room Bath Fizzy: I need the cuticle butter out of this scent. It is very, VERY floral such a feminine smell. It made the water incredibly soft and luxurious. It smelled amazing, but the smell did not transfer to the bathwater. I was a bit disappointed.

Venus Fly Trap Perfume Oil: I LOVE Bergamot anything. It’s one of those smells that makes me instantly happy. I was OVER THE MOON EXCITED to get this. It smells like gardenias. I love gardenias. I put it on at 5am when I left the house, and could still smell it when I went to bed that night. It smells wonderful!

All in all I am stupidly happy about this box and can’t wait until the next one!!!

Zoya Naturel

Ok, I couple of things.

Sorry I've been away, lots of stuffs have been going on in my life and had very little internet access, and my computer has been in storage ...BUT... I HAVE IT BACK NOW!!!!! YAY!!! I can blog again!!! Oh, how I've missed it!

So you would think that would give me ample amount of time to swatch and do many different nail arty things, but alas, I haven't really had time for that, either.

I've been neglecting my nails (and cuticles), and it makes me sad that they are not as long as they used to be, but that can be a good thing, too.

That does not mean that I have not been taking pictures of the things I have been doing, I have. But the pictures are kinda poor quality as I misplaced my camera during the move.

Everything is found, and everything is now in place where hopefully I can get better pics and stuffs, Again, YAY!!!

OK, now what you came for.
This is the Zoya Naturel collection.
I was torn about this, and ALMOST didn't get it.
I am not AT ALL into nudes or neutral colors. I need color I love color, I crave color.

Let me say,
I
AM
NOT
DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

These colors are kind of amazing!!!
As always, very smooth formula, long wear time, flawless application.
Gotta love Zoya for their cremes...(and glitters, and shimmers, and everything else!!!)
My favorites were Normanni, Odette, Bridgette, and Rue.
Taylor and Chantal were too yellow for my skin tone and made my hands look mannequinny.

 Normanni, Odette, Bridgette, Rue

you know me, I have to do art with them.

These are available at Zoya.com Naturel Collection for $9

These were sent to me for my honest opinion
